All my life like most people, I started training and eating well. Well, that lasted only a little while and then I got back into my old ways and
went up and down in weight like most people. When my weight was down I knew I felt healthier and looked better and overall my life was
enhanced. About a year and a half ago I purchased a power plate, and like most pieces of gym equipment it became a great towel rack.
Several months ago a friend of mine met Nikki Steven and saw that she trained people on the power plate. After meeting Nikki we started on
a nutritional and exercise program that I have now been on for 3 months. I followed Nikki’s nutritional recommendations religiously and that
combined with seven days a week of functional training I have lost twenty pounds, gained strength and muscle tone, and overall I am much
